6th Ave. Changes

It appears that the Neighborhood Market at 3002 6th Ave. is in the proccess of changing hands. The new owner is/will be Youn Park, Inc. The name will continue to be Neighborhood Market.

Update 1/29/09: Neighborhood Market changes hands from the Tacoma Weekly

The former Modern Cleaners location at 2309 6th Ave. is going to be a new restaurant/lounge called Sax. Digging up info on the LLC that the new restaurant is under it, appears the same people may own Mae Ploy Thai Cusine in Ballard.
