		<description>This building would have been fully rented out all these years it was vacant for the condo conversion. I&#039;m glad it will have life again but now we are making up for lost ground.  The people that once lived in the Walker before the conversion did all things Marguerite mentions, albeit some of the places had different names at the time.</description>

The &quot;market&quot; sure seems to be balancing itsef out.  Once converted to condos and now being rented out after improvements have been made and the building saved.

Perhaps they will be Maxwell regulars.</description>
